A grease fire started on the middle floor of a three-story apartment complex. The fire consumed most of the individual unit, as well as causing damage to neighboring units. The water required to put out the flames also left a portion of the building severely water damaged.
We worked closely with the management team at the complex and the tenants to coordinate the restoration and rebuilding process. Several units had a full pack-out of their belongings to prevent further damage. The water damaged unit was then dried out. The areas of severe fire damage were demolished and then reconstructed. Once the project was complete, we had the contents returned to the property.
